On a Scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate the quality of our service: 9

If not a 10, what would it take to make it a 10?: I treat a 10 as “blown away”, and reserve it for those special times when you know that something beautiful just happened. I’ve had a few of those moments with you, Matt. Also, if you were a 10, you’d have nothing to shoot for :)
